We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join us, reporting into our Head of Finance. This is a new role within Kubus and is therefore an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in analysing and presenting business data as per stakeholder requirements.
Role Responsibilities:
- Acquire data from business systems (ERP/CRM) and assist in maintaining & cleansing databases.
- Evaluate and interpret business data in order to provide recommendations for improving business performance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish, identify and provide recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements.
- Business partner sales heads to drive improvements to forecasting and pipeline reporting to gain better control and visibility of performance.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Create and develop analytical models to support strategic initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc commercial analysis and recommendations to support business ingenuity.
- Optimise the functionality of business systems through constant review and analysis in line with approved processes.
Experience & Skills:
- Commercially astute, articulate, dynamic and insightful.
- Strong skills and experience in manipulating and using large data sets, checking for consistencies and coherence in data.
- Ability to present complex data and analysis in a high impact visual manner to senior stakeholder, drawing out the key messages and findings.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Experience in using NetSuite or SalesForce is desirable.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary range for this role is £30-40,000 per annum, depending on previous experience within a similar role. We also have a competitive quarterly bonus scheme for all employees.

Location & Hours:
Usual working location will be at our office based in Kemble, Gloucestershire. We also have a flexible Hybrid Working policy which enables a mix of office and home working.
Our working hours are Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:00/09:00-17:30 & Friday 08:30-16:30/09:00-17:00.
