Are you ready to dive into a dynamic, cross-functional environment where no two days are the same? This is a Business Analyst role to join an established IT & Change team, driving transformative projects across the whole business.
As the Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include analysing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working closely with stakeholders to prioritize actions. Whether it's streamlining operations, optimizing technology solutions, or implementing new processes, your analytical prowess and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving the projects forward.
From IT systems and applications to operational processes and business change initiatives, you'll be at the heart of it all, collaborating with project managers, developers, and various business units to make sure the project requirements are managed and delivered accordingly.
For this role we’re looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, expertise in business analysis and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges.
