Are you looking for a fast-paced, challenging and extremely rewarding career? In our Mortgage Domain we are always looking to improve our processes and help our customers, which is why we are looking for a Business and Change Consultant to join the Process & Change team.

You'll lead on the successful design of business processes and the definition of business requirements, as well as managing high profile implementations.

The difference you'll make:

  • Creating detailed as-is analysis as well as designing to-be processes focused on our customers

  • Maintaining complex stakeholder relationships to successfully drive the project to completion

  • Leading the successful delivery of complex change projects within the bank

  • Managing governance deliverables, including impact assessments, implementation plans and RAID logs

  • Engaging with core SMEs to agree UAT approach, creating test scripts and supporting UAT execution

What you'll bring:

  • An in depth understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle - from discovery to delivery with excellent stakeholder management.

  • Ability to take the lead in unclear circumstances, put together a plan that everyone can agree with and manage deliverables to deadlines.

It would also be nice for you to have:

  • Previous experience in Business Analysis and / or Operational Change management.

  • Previous experience across Retail and Business Banking products and processes, with Mortgages being an advantage.

  • Ability to understand the limitations and opportunities provided by digital channels such as internet and mobile.

  • Ability to collect, analyse and condense complex and dispersed information.

The role is based in Milton Keynes with the current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week. We would also encourage you to apply if you are in a reasonable travel distance of Glasgow, Bradford where current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week, or Teeside where current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every month.

This role is a fixed term contract until the end of December 2024.

How we'll reward you.

As well as a competitive salary, you'll enjoy a benefits package that you can tailor to your needs. For contract roles, your salary, bonus (where eligible) and certain benefits will be prorated to reflect your contract duration.

  • We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don't contribute yourself. We'll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer.

  • 30 days' holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 31 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year.

  • £6,000 car allowance per year

  • Company funded individual private medical insurance.
