Business and Facilities Support Manager

We have partnered with a London - based charity who aim to improve the lives of women and children to help them build safe and strong futures.

The Role

The Business Facilities and Support Manager will work to support the Director of Finance and Business Support to oversee facilities, Health and Safety and IT.

Responsibilities Include:

• Management of the business support team for efficient job execution and policy compliance.
• Oversee Health and Safety, ensuring that staff and volunteers are protected from risks, conduct and review fire and workplace risk assessments and uphold quality assurance.
• Facility management by liasing with landlords, ensuring site service and maintenance requirements are in place whilst maintaining the PSL.
• Routine management of external IT, overseeing project implementation and maintain systems.

The Successful Candidate

• Will have experience in H&S management and office and Facilities management.
• Project management experience, including outsourced IT provider.
• Experience in working with external stakeholders and internal and external relationship building.

What's on offer?

• £37,000 - £39,000 pa salary.
• Hybrid working scheme.
