Hyde is looking to recruit a Business Applications Consultant.

As a Business Applications Consultant at Hyde, you will be working within the Technology Team to provide specialist support for the effective delivery of IT applications, bridging the gap between technology solutions and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of Hyde’s application portfolio, ensuring the quality of user experience meets business requirements.
• Lead service transition for new applications to ensure smooth integration and meet customer expectations.
• Solve complex application system problems and communicate solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide expert advice on the selection, customisation, and deployment of IT applications to address business challenges.
• Work alongside Enterprise Architecture to create solution designs and contribute to IT standards.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong understanding of technical applications in a business environment, preferably in the housing sector.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in solution design and implementation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent project management and presentation skills.
