From humble beginnings in 1967, the RRG Group has grown to become one of the biggest and most successful Dealer Groups in the North, with new and used car dealerships across the North West and West Yorkshire regions. Hard work, dedication, passion and a genuine commitment to Customer Satisfaction.

£30,000 basic salary (£55,000+ OTE) plus Company Car

We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and resourceful individual to join our team as our new Business Centre Manager. Previous motor trade experience is essential. If you have experience of working in a B2B sales environment with excellent team management skills and the ability to develop lasting relationships both inside and outside the business, we want to hear from you!

As Business centre Manager, you will be responsible for the business development of vehicle fleets across RRG Toyota Denton within the corporate, not for profit and public sector markets. Key responsibilities will include the achievement of sales objectives whilst managing the needs and expectations of your prospects. You will secure new business from our target audience to include fleet management, contract hire, rental management, and other mobility solutions. You will also have access to the very best of training which will be delivered by both the FCA and by Toyota’s award-winning Academy.
About you: People Management experience. Experience working within a B2B sales environment. Good level of general education – at least A-Levels (or equivalent) A thorough understanding of the Fleet market, TGB’s Localisation Programme, Business CDA Operations and the One Toyota Fleet strategy. The ability to manage a profitable and successful department within the wider organisation. Confidence to proactively engage with contacts internally and externally, at all levels. Analytical and numerical skills with an understanding of accounts. Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team. An ability to engage and motivate others around you. Previous Automotive experience is preferable, but not essential Ready to join the largest car company in the world?
