SalaryOur Public Sector client now requires a talented Business Change professional to join their team as they move from a project to a product led organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Change professional to make their mark in a highly-visible programme.
The Business Change Consultant will be involved with designing organisational structures and roles, working with Target Operating Models and planning for implementation.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Business Change roles
- Experience in Public Sector organisations or Consulting firms
- Target Operating Models (TOM) experience
- Fantastic communication and stakeholder management skills
Duration: 5 months
Location: Hybrid/Central London (2 days a week on site)
