An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Strategic Projects Team and help drive forward the strategic agenda of one of the UK's largest and most ambitious universities. These projects represent major investments by the University and are typically large scale and highly complex, involving multiple stakeholders and interdependencies across the institution. About the role: As a Business Change Manager, you will be responsible for using your expertise to partner with business leads to plan and deliver a compelling change journey that will inspire and motivate affected parties to adopt long lasting, successful change. The postholder will work with project and programme teams to define and integrate the deliverables and milestones for the change plan into a wider project/ programme plan. You will act as the subject matter expert on effective change management methodologies and strategies, providing expert advice to individuals and teams as required. This is a two-year fixed term contract in the first instance but has the possibility to be made permanent. About you:The postholder should have: An understanding and interest in how change impacts people and how change management can support positive outcomes. Strong planning and organisational skills, including the ability to contribute to project plans through the identification of deliverables. Demonstratable track record of successfully organising, managing and delivering complex change projects with positive outcomes.
