Location: Taunton (Hybrid 2/3 days a week)
Rate: £575 - £625 per day

Experis are working with a unique Public Sector client within Defence/Maritime sector who are seeking a Change Business Manager.
What To Expect
Manage the delivery of change, workstreams and projects into the Production FlowlineSupport change and continuous improvement activity within the Production FlowlineMonitor and report on change activity across the Production FlowlineGather and maintain metrics on processes across the production flowline to support/challenge decisions and monitor/improve performanceThe primary objective of the role is to ensure change activities are delivered effectively into the Production Flowline. This includes large scale which could be managed in the form of a project or workstream, as well as smaller scale change such as supporting Continuous Improvement activity within a singular team.
What You'll Need
- Experience of delivering Change/Projects using recognised methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Agile.*
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or expectation to reach qualification level within 12 months
- Understanding of Risk Assessment (support function available)
- Understanding of Safety Management Systems (support function available)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
