The Business Change team is a small but growing team driving Business Change as a function that has grown with Softcat's maturity. Initially focused purely on process, the team has grown to support wider Continuous Improvement (CI) and transformational activities.

As a Business Change Manager, you will bridge the gap between IT and the rest of the business to ensure that changes are successfully scoped, prioritised and adopted.
Your role will require end to end knowledge of the business and it will be key for you to hit the ground running to get an in depth understanding of our business. There are several CI functions across the business and you will work alongside these to offer support and guidance whilst tracking the changes across business areas to protect against change fatigue.
- Manage projects throughout the change lifecycle
- Supporting the increase in Business Change maturity
- Supporting the build and maintenance of the change roadmap
- Increasing knowledge in Softcat on what Business Change is and how it can help
- Working across multiple functions to support transformational projects
- Work as a consultant to any established CI teams to ensure there is a consistent way of working
We'd love you to have
- Demonstrable track record in a Business Change role
- Excellent understanding and experience of Business Change
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
- Outstanding stakeholder management
- Experience managing transformational Business Changes (e.g. CRM/ERP implementations)
- Experience of working in the IT channel (VAR desirable)
