About the Role:
As the Business Delivery Manager, you’ll spearhead our Integrated Urgent Care contracts, ensuring their seamless execution and exceeding customer requirements. Your responsibilities include leading a team to achieve performance KPIs, manage stakeholder relationships and maintain operational efficiency across multiple services.
Business Delivery Manager Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all contracts, ensuring compliance and delivery according to customer specifications.
Empower operational managers to efficiently oversee daily operations and meet service specifications and KPIs.
Proactively manage contracts and stakeholders across services, collaborating with senior leadership as needed.
Ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient resource allocation in alignment with service demands.
Establish a framework for teams to share best practices, innovate and support each other.
Business Delivery Manager Experience and Key Skills:
Demonstrated experience in managing business units with high turnover.
Proficiency in regulatory compliance and with focus on the finer details to understand contracts.
Ability to optimise service processes, create standard operating procedures and guidelines for service flow.
Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in project management.
Previous involvement in healthcare provision and logistical delivery of clinical workforce is highly advantageous.
