The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
To facilitate this there will be a requirement to utilise and manage our lead generating platforms and portals to assist and drive the pipeline opportunities whilst show casing Secom’s innovation and solutions.
The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate an awareness and aptitude for design and the costing of projects encompassing such disciplines as CCTV, Access control systems, Intruder alarms whilst embracing new and exciting solutions.
The Role
- Identifying new business opportunities: Conducting research to identify potential new markets and customers including projected timelines. Developing strategies for expanding the business and increasing revenue.
- Developing relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. Collaborating with them to understand their needs and preferences and developing solutions to meet those needs in advance of live tenders.
- Creating business plans: Creating business plans for new initiatives, including financial projections, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Analysing and reporting: Analysing data and reporting on the success of growth strategies. Identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Reviewing contracts with customers and partners, including pricing, terms and conditions, and service level agreements.
- Management of activity and pipelines via our CRM platform
The Candidate
- Effective time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Ability to take on responsibility and use initiative to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
- Ability to organise and prioritise workflows.
- Confident, enthusiastic individual with a “can-do” attitude.
- Competent in using Microsoft suite of tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and working knowledge of MS Project would be beneficial
