Hays Business Support is currently working with a successful growing business based in the outskirts of York. Due to growth plans, this business are looking to recruit an ambitious, commercially minded candidate to support the Business Development and Marketing function of the business.
The role will focus on market research, lead generation and tactical brand awareness work. You will be required to keep track of relevant information within the market using various sources. You will gather commercial information using LinkedIn to research relevant points of contact within businesses.
You will be completing market mapping for the sales department and assisting with tailored marketing approaches. There will be no telephone-based work involved with this role instead you will use your strong writing skills to write engaging content, emails and messages to promote the company brand and help to build relationships for the Sales team to action.
This role would suit someone looking to gain experience and make a role their own, you will be offered training and support, and the position could lead to further opportunities within the Sales or Marketing departments in the future.
You will be offered a competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 and a bonus scheme of £5,000. The role offers hybrid working, with 2 days per week required in the office. You will also have access to a range of benefits. The company offer a supporting team-based atmosphere.
