It will be your responsibility to assure customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. In addition to client relations, this role will interact with the broader Element Sales and Operational Team. The ideal candidate will be results orientated, customer focused and robust to change.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and proactively maintain a strong professional relationship with key decision makers
- Identify current and future customer service requirements
- Qualify opportunities with assistance of inbound team and specialists
- Manage relationships and utilise technical support to assist in Sales
- Follow up in a timely manner on quotations
- Utilise CRM to record activities, ensuring contact details are accurate
- Participate in regular pipeline reviews, ensuring all CRM records are up to date
- Achieve sales goals by converting and winning new accounts
- Build and maintain a working knowledge of Element’s service offerings
- 3 years of Business Development, Sales or Account Management experience
- Experience working in the Testing and Inspection industry highly diserable
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer quotes / contracts, marketing materials, and customer testing specifications
- Seek to resolve practical customer problems
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Flexibility to represent the company at a broad range of events
- Can remain calm when faced with pressure
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and can interface with clients, win new work and determine their requirements
- Some overnight travel may be required
- A valid and current driving licence
- This role can be based from any of our locations ranging from Malvern, Wimborne, Oxford, Guildford, Skelmesdale
