What You Can Expect

Main Responsibilities as a Business Development Director
- Working through the end-to-end sales process including initial Business Development, delivering sales presentations, bid proposals, and closing sales opportunities.
- Representing the business at industry events.
- Reporting at board level on sales reporting, including individual and team performance.
- Building long term relationships with new, existing, and potential clients.
- Supporting BDMs for personal development.
Core Experience & Skills Required
- Experience working in or with clients in Property Maintenance or Building Management
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development
- Experience working through a full sale lifecycle.
- Financially driven individual.
- Must be flexible to work outside of core office hours for client meetings.
- It would be desirable if candidates came with a black book of contacts in Property/Building Management.
