What you'll be doing...
Strong knowledge in the field of sales is highly desirable as is established links and networks within the catering sector. The role will be field based across England and we are looking for our ideal candidate to grow new business in our Education sector.
You will lead the sales team, providing ongoing support, direction, best practice in-line with business objectives, requirements and company standards. Through your team you will co-ordinate Group bids within the UK, ensuring our commercial approach to strategic bids is highly competitive.
Work in collaboration with all key bid stakeholders to deliver creative, compelling and winning proposals from bid through to mobilisation.
The ideal candidate will need to identify remedial actions when challenges to agreed budget arise. With this in mind knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel is a must, as analysing data will be a key requirement to identify shortfall to budget. Experience in creating proposals, reports and sales plans to explain to stakeholders the direction of the business is a must, these are required on a regular basis
