We are seeking an Assistant Director, Development & Investment Estate to play a pivotal role in ensuring the future development of our City is delivered. You will provide leadership to our highly skilled team leading on regeneration, development viability and institutional investment across the city, supporting the delivery of our objectives for growth, new homes and economic growth, whilst ensuring that we meet our environmental, quality and sustainability commitments.

You will have a strong technical background in surveying, an awareness of the changing legislative environment, and track record of delivering a wide range of regeneration and development mixed use schemes while achieving best value from our multi-billion-pound assets and estate. Crucially, you will be a leader who is able to inspire and motivate a diverse multidisciplinary workforce, role-modelling our values and demonstrating a passion for our City and what we stand for. Just as important will be your ability to deliver positive outcomes for Manchester.
