Development Director
Location: Greater Manchester (Agile)
Salary: Circa £90,000
Full time, permanent
35 hours per week – Monday to Friday (With the expectation to work hours that are necessary to the role)

As an energetic, dynamic and experienced development professional, you will report to the Executive Director of Homes to lead the Development and Sales function in delivering great quality, affordable homes of a variety of tenures including affordable rent, homeownership and specialist older persons and independent living accommodation.
You will be a self-managing individual who can work on multiple projects at the same time at a high pace, have experience of partnership working and modern design and development processes, as well as strong project management and negotiating skills with contractors and other professionals. You will also be a strong leader with proven ability to grow and develop your team and actively contribute to the wider leadership of the business as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
With a number of exciting projects in the pipeline across the Northwest, including a large scale city centre regeneration project, and ambitious plans for the future, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with an organisation where the customer is truly at the heart of what we do. The position is flexible but we would expect a presence in Manchester at least once a week.
