We are working with a specialist events business who are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join their team as they continue to expand.
As a brand they are super passionate about innovation, fantastic service, and providing amazing experiences for their guests!

About the role:

The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving new business within venues and events, continuously identifying new opportunities to build partnerships and drive forward the innovation and direction of the department.
We are looking for someone confident, experienced, with a well-rounded knowledge of hospitality or creative industries.
This person will need to flexible and able to adapt, as they will also offer support in Business Development to other areas of the business.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience within a similar role from a hospitality or creative background
• Proven track record in sales and Business Development
• An excellent communicator and enjoys building new relationships
• Creative thinker with the ability to push boundaries
• Strong presentation, pitching and negotiation skills
• Proactive, flexible and a real team player
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
