The Company recruiting for the Business Development Executive:
This dynamic and fast growing organisation are looking to expand their commercial sales team due to sustained growth. You will be joining an award winning business whose software helps the development of their customer portfolio. Having seen sizable growth over the last 10 years this global business with offices throughout the world they are leading the way in their sector. The Role of theBusiness Development Executive:
You will be working closely with, and supporting a team of Sales Account Managers managing and developing a portfolio of customers. Having a range of sales tools, you will be expected to build relationship and engage with both existing and new customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Adopting a consultative sales approach, you will build & develop strong working relationships over the phone, via email and LinkedIn
• Manage and nurture incoming sales leads & enquiries in addition to supporting your own new Business Development strategy
• Book sales meetings & demos with a wide range of prospective clients across multiple sectors
• Support your Account Management colleagues with all sales related queries & solutions

This is a fantastic role for someone that is looking for the opportunity to move into the lucrative software sales arena.

The Candidate:
Ideally being of graduate calibre, this isn't essential however your personality and character to perform in a sales role is more important. Having some previous b2b sales experience would make you an ideal candidate as is your drive, determination and personable approach.

The Package:
·£30,000 - £35,000 basic salary
· £15,000 OTE
·Pension, Mobile, Laptop
·25 days holiday plus stats
