We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our client’s sales team. Our client is a specialist IT Security consultancy, based in Clifton. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for converting generated leads and closing sales through building and managing relationships with new and existing clients; demonstrating a strong product knowledge, a deep understanding of your clients pain points, and the skills to create and deliver tailored solutions in a consultative manner.
What you'll be doing
• Engage customers via phone, LinkedIn, email, or face to face meetings to understand their current business situations.
• Convert warm leads generated for you by the Pre-Sales team.
• Work with internal stakeholders as part of a team to define, and ultimately sell, a proposition to a customer.
• Working closely with marketing to ensure that you have a holistic approach to how you are communicating with your customers.
• Appropriate cross-selling, demonstrating a deep understanding of services on offer.
• Nurture relationships with a range of stakeholders across new and existing customers.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
What you'll need to apply
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience within Tech, IT or SaaS sales.
• A methodical, organised approach to be able to coordinate a high volume of communications.
