Staff365 are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Executive on a permanent basis for Engineering client located in Shirebrook NG20.
- Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 + commission (OTE circa £60,000)
- Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 17:00pm
- 23 holiday days + stats
- Pension scheme - 5% employee, 3% employer contribution

The role:
- To identify sales opportunities in the fabrication, structural steel and engineering spaces
- Develop key stakeholder relationships at all levels with existing and prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and translate in to orders/projects with strong levels of probability and efficiency
- Record and communicate technical requirements of customers across the rest of the business for manufacturing and delivery
- Optimise account potential and customer retention through high levels of engagement, customer service and relationship building
- Be the point of call for all incoming/new and repeat business enquiries
- Create bespoke quotes based on requirements and cost to deliver and follow through to fulfilment
- Provide updates both internally and externally regarding status of orders and upcoming projects
The person:
- Experienced in B2B sales with a background of engineering, fabrication or structural steel
- Self-motivated with a passion for creating and developing relationships
- Commercial awareness with good levels of English and math
- Ability to understand technical drawings preferable
- Experience in a similar role for more than 2 years
- Driving licence
