The Role:
In this position, you'll be working in close coordination with our Training Division, tasked with generating new business, extending our existing client base, elevating brand visibility, and curating exceptional customer experiences. You'll be instrumental in constructing sustainable pipelines for future customers and business expansion, while supporting the organization in realizing its present and anticipated business strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Business Development and sales.
This role is a full-time remote position, sharing responsibilities between Business Development and Sales Executive duties.
Commission: 10% commission on earnings paid monthly!
Essential responsibilities and accountabilities include:
- Driving financial revenue, managing course enrolments, and bringing organisations into our partner network.
- Generating and managing new training clients for the business
- Maintaining regular interaction with partners to foster relationships and boost course enrolment.
- Building robust networks and promoting IAS Training by participating and presenting at networking events and seminars.
- Addressing inbound inquiries from prospective clients via phone or email, using our CRM to track leads and nurture opportunities until they convert.
- Needs Analysis/Consultative Sales - Evaluate potential customer needs and objectives to guide them towards the best-suited program.
- Pitching to clients by designing and presenting compelling and engaging proposals.
- Providing input on marketing strategies to amplify inbound lead generation.
- Consistently achieving realistic Sales and KPI targets.
- Performing any other duties deemed reasonable by the management.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, with proven Business Development experience. An outgoing personality with commercial awareness is absolutely essential along with a willingness to learn and grow within our firm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in a reputable, growing company.
The role is remote (from home), however the successful candidate will be required to attend the office in Oldham or Sheffield once every 1-3 months for an in-person meeting.

Education
Degree or equivalent preferred
