We are looking for a Business Development Executive to be responsible for the sales of specific services in the ATT business.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
In addition to the functions detailed below, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required. In addition, key objectives and targets will be set/established and agreed on appointment.
- Securing new business from new clients
- Answering queries from clients via e-mail telephone or face to face.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and e-mail.
- Identify and develop key market targets, new customers and new business with existing customers.
- Identifying key decision makers within target clients; contacting and developing relationships with these individuals in the most appropriate manner; investigating current supplier relationships and opportunities for RG to replace or complement.
- Pro-active sales processing, including but not limited to:
- Working with RG clients across the RG offering to establish their initial requirements.
- Liaison with RG Ops to develop an appropriate solution.
- Establishing prices against clear cost modelling.
- Creating proposals and other response documents as required.
- Price negotiation and closing of the sale to the client.
- Working with other team members to identify key target regions and support activity already in place
- Cold Calling to prospect for new clients
- Developing pro-active sales initiatives designed to meet and if possible exceed agreed new business sales targets.
- Representing RG at trade exhibitions, events and capability demonstrations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Significant sales experience in an outward, customer facing role.
- New Business Acquisition

- Familiarisation with CRM systems
