Halcyon Franchising Group are one of the leading, up-and-coming companies of the year with an exciting number of new offices having opened across the UK at the end of 2023. We originally began as Halcyon Health and Social Care around 3 years ago, as a specialist recruitment agency in the social care sector, offering both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions. Since its beginning, Halcyon has grown from strength to strength, giving us the ability to help other business owners to replicate our model and become successful, by following the step-by-step processes we have expertly practised over the last 3 years. With 20 offices now active across the UK, Halcyon Franchising Group are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join the team and help support the organic growth of the different business all over the country.
As a Business Development Executive, you're expected to have a demonstrated history of working in a sales environment and winning new business in your given field. Having experience in the Social Care sector is not a necessity for this position, although it would be a benefit, but having the resilience and tenacity to want to be successful in your role is a must. Your responsibilities will mainly include calling prospective clients across the UK and explaining to them who we are and what we do and how we may be able to support them, with the end goal being to book in a meeting for the business owners of that specific area to attend. You will be fully trained in the intricacies of our social care recruitment model, giving you the knowledge, you need to be successful over the phone and equipping you with the tools you need to be successful.
In return for your full commitment to this role, you will be offered an annual salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on your experience. Halcyon also offer an exceptional work / life balance and operate a 4-day working week pattern, giving our staff the flexibility and freedom to enjoy their time off, enabling them to be as efficient and productive as possible when they're in the office. As well as the four-day working week, we offer a 31-day holiday package (including bank holidays) and a hybrid working model, but you will primarily be based in our head office in the Eagle Tower building in the centre of Cheltenham.
So, if you're and experienced salesperson currently in a role that you have fallen out of love with and you're looking for a change, or if you're looking for something different to the traditional sales working environment, then this could be the role for you. Alternatively, if you think you may know someone that would be great for the role, you could earn £250 through our refer a friend scheme.
