AddressRME Consultants is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong interest in building a successful career in sales.
Role: Business Development Executive
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (Based on experience) plus uncapped commission
Working hours: Monday - Friday (some weekend work included)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire
Main Duties for a Business Development Executive:
- Business development
- Establishing new areas for business growth
- Managing existing clients
- Maximising revenue
- Processing orders and taking payments
- Collating new business leads and following up on growth opportunities
- Working to sales targets and KPIs
Experience required for the Business Development Executive:
- Previous sales experience
- Must have strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and the proven ability to win on business
- Experience with lead generation is essential due to the nature of the role
- Should offer excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be confident in liaising with prospective clients at all levels
- Requires experience working to sales targets and KPIs
