We currently have two opportunities for a Business Development Specialist
- 1 x Maternity Cover up to 12 months
- 1 x Permanent
Working Hours: Our client will consider either:
- Full Time Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
- Part Time - Flexible working within the hours of 9am to 5pm
Office based however following successful training post holders will be able to apply to work remotely on an 80/20 split (80% office, 20% home)

The company is an award-winning home delivery service for stoma and/or continence supplies which prides itself on a friendly and efficient service to customers living in the United Kingdom. We are looking a Business Development Specialist. Your role will be to promote the products and services offered by our client via telephone, email and live chat
You will receive and make calls/emails from patients and you will give advice on products, send samples and make follow up calls to ensure patient satisfaction. You will also be required to manage your own administration, maintain the database and achieve your targets monthly and make follow up calls to ensure patient satisfaction. To be considered for this important role you will ideally meets the following criteria;
· Experience in either customer service and telesales roles
· Excellent Database Management Skills
· Experience managing high call volumes
· Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
