The Role
This is a pivotal role which sees you making first contact and being the face of the brand! You will be prospecting for potential new clients and converting them into customers. An extremely generous, achievable and UNCAPPED bonus scheme is a great incentive to keep earning more!
- Qualify prospects, locate the decision-maker within the organisation, and update the relevant CRM data with the agreed call, contact, and quality targets per month.
- Generate the agreed minimum of potential customers per week (100).
- Updating HubSpot (CRM) with all relevant details and outcomes.
- Handle objections and work through to a positive solution.
- Provide first class customer service at all times.
- Lead Teams calls with clients.
- To identify and record any key market, customer, or competitor activity or intelligence.
- Maintaining CRM, ensuring quality and up-to-date information regarding the calls and conversations that you conduct.
About You
We are looking for someone with sales experience, ideally on the phones, however if you come from a targeted environment then we also encourage you to apply. Key skills and attributes required:
- Self-starter with excellent prioritisation, organisation and time management skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision after agreeing on objectives.
- Excellent communication skills covering presenting and listening.
- Consistent positive outlook and ability to handle rejections.
- Evidence of working a sales process and selling a value proposition.
- Thrives in a high-volume and results-based environment.
- Motivated, Passionate and Focused.
The Package
- Basic salary £20,000 - £25,000 DOE.
