The desired candidate will ideally have a recruitment background understanding the daily tasks asked of recruitment partners. You will sell our services to clients from a cold desk. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a key role that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of recruitment services.
Duties:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in Business Development or sales roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
