Job Title:Business Development Executive- Utilities

Salary: Dependent on experience, commission, and bonus plus full benefits package

Location: Hybrid/London (office base as required)

Role Overview:


As a Business Development Executive at Momenta Group, you will be crucial in driving our growth through relationship-building, solution selling, and market research. You’ll represent Momenta as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, and building solutions. You will be responsible for new Business Development within your sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive New Business:

    • Meet and exceed financial targets.
    • Lead generation and prompt action on leads.
    • Build, qualify, and convert a pipeline of new contacts.
    • Develop and implement targeted account plans and sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align with market demands.

Cultivate Relationships:

    • Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of Momenta’s services and case studies.
    • Engage proactively with clients to ensure understanding and alignment.
    • Record meeting outcomes and share insights with stakeholders.
    • Participate actively in Opportunity Review Meetings.

Demonstrate Expertise:

    • Confidently present business opportunities to clients.
    • Stay updated on regulatory and market trends.
    • Conduct thorough research on clients before meetings.
    • Contribute to internal business improvements and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in achieving new business targets, preferably in a client-facing role
  • Experience of the Utilities market and the recruitment industry is essential.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Momenta Group’s offerings and industry trends.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes and growth.
