Business Development Executive - Solar Energy

My client located in Sefton, Liverpool are currently in the market for a Business Development Executive to join their sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company by generating high-quality leads for our sales team.

Duties include but not limited too

• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and prospects
• Use telemarketing techniques to generate interest and qualify leads
• Provide information about products or services and answer questions from potential customers
• Update and maintain customer database with accurate and current information
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
• Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
• Ensure follow up actions post visit and quotations
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns
• General administrative duties and compliance work

Experience required

• Proven experience in lead generation or telemarketing
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience within the Renewable Energy industry (Heat Pumps, Solar, Battery & EV)
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with CRM software

Salary

Salary up to £35,000 with further incentives via bonus scheme.
