My client located in Sefton, Liverpool are currently in the market for a Business Development Executive to join their sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company by generating high-quality leads for our sales team.
Duties include but not limited too
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and prospects
- Use telemarketing techniques to generate interest and qualify leads
- Provide information about products or services and answer questions from potential customers
- Update and maintain customer database with accurate and current information
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
- Ensure follow up actions post visit and quotations
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns
- General administrative duties and compliance work
Experience required
- Proven experience in lead generation or telemarketing
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience within the Renewable Energy industry (Heat Pumps, Solar, Battery & EV)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with CRM software
Salary
Salary up to £35,000 with further incentives via bonus scheme.
