Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by generating leads and fostering relationships with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify prospects through various channels, including email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and phone calls. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills and contribute to the success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and phone calls to generate leads and establish initial contact with potential clients.
- Research and identify prospects within target industries and verticals.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and requirements.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritise opportunities for further engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Fluent in Finnish & English
Preferred:
- Experience in sales or Business Development, preferably in a B2B environment.
