£60K - £70K Plus commission (hybrid working)
EMEA ERP SaaS sales to Government and Financial Regulators. Our client is an established (25 years) global provider of regulatory reporting software used by Regulators (Government and Financial) for "final mile" interrogation of data submitted to the regulatory bodies.
Due to significant growth and demand due to legislative changes to regulatory reporting around the world, they are looking to appoint an EMEA focused BDM looking to make their next career step and join their tight knit UK based sales team to drive further growth in this constantly changing sector.
You already have had a number of years experience selling technical software solutions and professional services into the regulatory / government space and are comfortable dealing with lengthy sales cycles that may see you working on a deal for 12 months before any significant commitment comes from the client. The role will need someone capable of meeting clients face to face and so travel to European clients as well as attending trade shows will be a big part of the role.
As well as sales experience, the role also needs someone capable of working closely with technical teams and sales engineers that will support the sales person in achieving targets. You will be comfortable planning and implementing a sales strategy for your region to generate new business opportunities via existing and new target customers.
The role is offering a competitive basic salary plus an uncapped % of each deal signed that should achieve an OTE of £120K plus. the role will be hybrid with monthly sales meetings. You will be supported by an immersive induction programme and ongoing support from subject matter experts and sales training.
