Business Development Manager – Commercial Catering
Location: London, Luton, Chelmsford, Stevenage, Bishop’s Stortford, Basildon, Watford, Reading, Woking, Crawley, Maidstone
Compensation: Base Salary £30,000 - £40,000 | Year 1 OTE £55,000 – Electric Car or Car Allowance (electric), Laptop, Phone, Pension, Life Insurance, Team Socials, Other Company Benefits.

The Role:
We're seeking a proactive individual to join our Business Development team. Working with a diverse clientele ranging from Michelin-starred restaurants to 5-star hotels, you'll conduct account reviews, showcase upselling opportunities, and collaborate with our maintenance and design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough account reviews, contract re-signing, and renegotiations.
- Leverage past successes to upsell and maximize account profitability.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and design teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a candidate with a proven track record in Business Development or account management. While experience in selling commercial catering equipment is a plus, any sales or account management background within the foodservice industry will be considered.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account reviews, contract re-signing, and renegotiations.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell and drive profitability.
- Strong numerical and IT skills.
