Business Development Manager
Location: Bromley
Salary: £32K Basic Plus Commission - OTE £40K
Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday

My client are currently recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager who will be responsible for growing the business operation and profitability of the company. They are looking for a candidate who is process driven, has a great attention to detail and is willing to turn their hand to any task.
About the role:
? Create a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company goals and profitability.
? Actively seek new business opportunities and implement new systems to optimise profit
? Maximise operating results ensuring increase in market share
? Increase sales performance of our corporate customer portfolio
? Account management of existing accounts and acquisition of new corporate accounts to increase customer portfolio.
? Work proactively towards assisting the company in reaching its monthly goals as well as aiming to achieve individual monthly targets.
Skills and Abilities:
? Must be a driver with own vehicle
? Must come from a serviced apartment background or similar
? Must be outgoing, personable and confident
