**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate has experience in ingredients/wholesaler's procurement and has links on the market.
**Responsibilities:**
- Establish links with the ingredients/wholesalers companies
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals that address clients' needs (Adjusting the offers to meet companies expectations)
- Lead negotiations and close agreements with clients.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
**Requirements:**
- Proven work experience in wholesalers/ingredients market as Procurement Manager, Business Development Manager or similar.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and market analysis.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Salesforce.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for Business Development.
You will work closely with the company owners.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: £38,876.00-£82,778.00 per year
