It's an exciting time to join my client, a fast paced FinTech with big ambitions.
They are looking for a self-starting Business Development Manager who has experience working in a regulated environment to join their growing B2B team to help them discover new strategic partnerships and affiliate opportunities with the aim of continuing to grow their customer base.
You will have the opportunity to manage the sale from Lead Generation to Contract Negotiation and signing. Nurturing and maximising the potential of the partnership may also fall under your remit, with support from the partnerships management team.
About You:
3+ years' experience working in a Business Development role. Experience within traditional financial services or fintech is desirable.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present and pitch confidently and compellingly.
The ability to effectively network and enjoy the process of it.
Sharp commercial thinking - to come up with innovative offers and negotiate the best deals.
Strong attention to detail (both written and numerical)
Pro-active, professional and a team player.
