Business Development Manager – Leading Fintech organisation
Hybrid Working - 1 day/week on-site in the Cardiff office.
Salary: up to £45k DOE + up to 20% bonus + Private medical insurance + Employee share purchase scheme

A leading Fintech organisation is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will be focused on developing and maintaining a sales pipeline of B2B partners, delivering sales materials, onboarding new partners, and supporting the team to deliver the overall B2B growth strategy.
The desired candidate will have some experience in sales, partner, or Business Development and possess excellent presentation and communication skills.
Experience/Skills:
- Experience working within a Business Development Manager capacity within a Fintech, Financial Services, or retails environment.
- Experience using CRM tools. Impact and Hubspot are desired.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and prepare reports
- Creating new strategies to generate leads
