About the Role:
Our client, a leader in Employment, Skills, and Enterprise services, is expanding their team to support the Restart programme. This initiative aims to assist individuals, including those impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, in finding sustainable employment. As the Employer Engagement Coordinator, you will be instrumental in fostering partnerships with national and local employers to fulfill the objectives of the Restart programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain key employer partnerships to meet the Restart programme’s contractual requirements.
- Develop and execute the Employer Engagement Strategy to drive sustainable employment opportunities.
- Source and secure high-volume employment opportunities aligned with participant needs and aspirations.
- Collaborate with the operations team and supply chain network to identify growth sectors and upskill candidates accordingly.
- Provide valuable feedback to the operations team and supply chain partners on employment trends and growth sectors.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in commercial recruitment, sales, Business Development, or employer engagement in a performance-driven environment.
- Ideally qualified to Level 4 or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of the local labour market and growth sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Flexibility to travel across Wales as needed.
