The Opportunity:
ISR are looking for a New Business focused Account Manager/BDM to further their presence of providing tech services and solutions to the roads / highways, utilities, events and mining sector.
The brand is well established and the tech has genuine USP’s with new products coming on line in the autumn.
You will build and maintain a sales pipeline by building and leveraging new client relationships (e.g. Tier1/2 contractors, local authorities, transport operators, quarries, events organiser, etc.) and offering options for the sale and hire of relevant solutions.
You will be encourage to identify new areas and industries to target, as well as leading the expansion of compliant products to the European market.
Skills and Experience:
* You will have a track record of successful Business Development in an engineering discipling (highways, construction, energy, mining, parking, etc.)
* You’ll be goal oriented, resilient, and have the ability to self-motivate and manage within an unstructured environment
* The ideal candidate will have existing relationships in local authorities, highways or mining that they can leverage off
* A proven background in developing business and delivering against targets
* A full drivers licence and willingness to travel when required
