533- Area Sales Manager – Scotland / North
Reports to Sales Manager
£35,000 per annum (negotiable Depending on Experience) + Double OTE + Company Car + Remote Working + Pension + Holidays + Tools
My client, a workplace solutions company is looking for a BDM to join them to cover the North and Scottish Areas..
Key Objectives will be to maximise on sales to channel and end users and day to day responsibilities include:
- To actively work towards your targets in sales and gross profit throughout quarters and yearly
- To be proactive in new customer initiatives and sales drive projects and actively encourage participation within your team.
- To research and maintain a ‘biggest customer’ prospect list for all relevant companies in our effective service area
- Contacting prospective customers to promote our sales, rental and servicing services by telephone, email, and visits.
- To work in conjunction with marketing to make the most out of our activities.
- To authorise at own discretion prices and discounts within agreed parameters
- To keep the department manager abreast of your activity, including regular feedback of successes, failures, and suggestions
- To undertake site surveys so that the required task can be achieved for the minimum reasonable outlay for the customer
- To bring to the attention of your manager any incorrect pricing of goods, hazard, or any other matter relevant to the efficient and smooth operation of the department.
- To always be observant and pro-active in relation to the customer and company’s security needs.
- To keep abreast of knowledge on products and services offered.
Measures of Performance and KPIs:
- Quality of Work
- Punctuality, reliability, flexibility, and personal appearance.
- Compliance with cash, stock, and general procedures
- Accurate and expedient delivery of assigned tasks.
- Personal appearance and customer service
- Any other personal Target Achievement
