A Business Development Manager is required to join a talented team in the Wolverhampton area, to source new customers for a bespoke business solution company. This Business Developer role is a full-time role based in their Wolverhampton office with travel throughout the UK for sales meetings, consulting and the support or service role out.
The role will involve :
- Introducing the services through networking, cold calling, marketing, and field sales to industry specific companies.
- Working to business targets to achieve a group target and balance of new business and retention.
- Creating informative marketing and approaches with the support of the marketing team.
- Creating and developing an effective CRM / database.
- Presenting effective and operationally minded solutions to business owners.
- Building continuous improvement throughout and identifying solutions and benefits.
- Attending numerous trade events to either network or host a stand or presentation.
- Assessing and testing new lines of service and supporting the team with development.
We are looking for :
- Outstanding communication skills and a great rapport builder.
- Proven track-record of generating new business and involvement with roll out of service.
- Account management skills and development of national accounts.
- Full driving licence (there is shared access to a pool car.)
- A positive and consultative character who brings energy and commitment to work.
