We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a rapidly expanding technology solutions Specialist VAR. This company is a Lenovo Platinum, HP Amplify, and Dell Gold Partner, catering to the computer hardware needs of schools, healthcare institutions, and other large companies.
Your Role
- New Business Development: Proactively seek out and secure new opportunities to expand the company's clientele and market presence.
- Account Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure long–term success.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to your accounts, building and maintaining strong, long–lasting customer relationships, and addressing customer needs.
- Contract Negotiation: Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Lead Management: Efficiently handle, quote, and close inbound inquiries.
Success Metrics
- Revenue Growth: Drive income growth from both new and existing accounts.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by the Sales Manager.
- Upsell and Cross–Sell: Successfully upsell and cross–sell within existing accounts, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Collaborative Engagement: Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to the Sales team's success.

- Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 per annum plus commission
