Business Development Manager
Location- Birmingham, UK

About the role:
As sales executive you will be responsible for developing sales and securing repeat customers through building long-term relationships. The successful candidate will contribute to the company's overall growth and profitability.
For this position we require a passionate, enthusiastic professional who has excelled customer and communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Conduct market customer visits to increase sales
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Maintain accurate records
Criteria:
• Excellent customer service; listening to customer requirements & providing solutions to their needs.
• Driven to achieve targets
• Ability to provide expert and prompt advice to new and existing customers
• IT proficient and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A good team player as well as the ability to work on your own.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Have at least one year's previous experience in a customer face to face environment, previous experience within the Transport Industry is preferable, however not essential
• A full driving licence is essential, as driving duties are involved in this role.
