Position: Business Development Manager

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Car + uncapped commission

Location: Dudley one day per week in the office

This customer is a leading engineering firm specialising in the design, fabrication, and delivery of customised solutions for the nuclear industry. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the nuclear sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to tailor solutions that meet specific client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure contracts.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the strategic growth of the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or account management within the nuclear sector.
• In-depth understanding of bespoke fabricated engineering solutions and their applications in the nuclear industry.
• Strong network of industry contacts and ability to leverage these relationships to generate new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and address complex technical requirements and convey them effectively to clients.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
