£30,000 - £45,000 + Commission

We are working with a freight forwarding specialist who are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in air, ocean, or road freight to join their business. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, whilst having full autonomy through the process identifying new opportunities. They are offering the opportunity to work on the road covering the whole of the UK.
What you'll do:
- To work towards Personal and Team Sales Targets.
- To Identify new business growth opportunities via cold calling
- Manage Leads and Pipeline Efficiently - networking and rapport building.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts from end to end.
- Regular face to face visits with new and existing clients.
- Produce and present proposals to customers.
Experience
- Freight Forwarding sales experience.
- To be well-organised.
- Self-Motivated in a Sales Environment
- Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Maintain strong client relationships.
Package:
- 30k-45k base salary
- Commission
- Car allowance
