Job Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Homebased with UK travel
Salary: £35-45K + commission and benefits

About us
Overall, you will have responsibility for developing and implementing a sales strategy ensuring the development of sales activities across our marketplace and proactively building and maintaining client relationships. You will be the link between the client and the Company.
Core responsibilities;
- Achieve (or over-achieve) sales target and activity key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Proactively convert new customers with a clearly defined strategy for growth
- Maintain existing accounts for continual revenue streams and upsell opportunities, increasing the average order value where possible
- Work closely with the marketing team to devise cohesive marketing strategies
- Input and maintaining accurate records on Salesforce, and prepare professional, accurate written quotes and proposals
- Provide market insight for product development and sector growth
- Developing strategy for expanding scope of existing contracts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain excellent client relationships through regular close contact, including virtual face-to-face meetings, telephone and e-mail communication.
- Develops approach to expanding scope of existing contracts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure account reviews for each client are kept up to date
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the client is receiving the highest level of service and excellent performance of any digital campaign programmes

You will also need;
Essential:
- A winning mentality and high energy along with experience of B2B selling of marketing services in the UK healthcare sector or similar.
- Experience selling to or working with Agencies, Healthcare Providers, Medical Products, BioTech, Pharma organisations.
