What will I be doing?
You will be responsible for new business sales in EMEA. You will be joining a newly formed (and growing) sales team and part of an organisation with a rich history and established presence in an explosive coaching market.
You will also be doing the right thing and making a difference in the world, every day.
You will be expected to continually look at ways to grow sales pipeline via cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and to partner closely with marketing team to generate leads from webinars, industry events and seminars, and other strategic networking campaigns that we invest in.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Build relationships with new businesses in given regions/account list.
- Hit monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Be an expert in service lines and the insights to bring to solve HR challenges.
- Manage and create a formal regional/account plan for new business acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal partners (sales, content, executive coaches, client operations, client relations) to deliver a stellar experience for clients and participants, every time.
- Respond to RFPs and direct cross functional teams to align to customer needs and put forth best capabilities during competitive bids.
- Utilise sales tech stack -Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo IO, HubSpot, and more.
- Land new logo deals and maximise contract value within first year of initial sale.
What skills and experience are required?
- 3-5 years in a quota bearing, B2B sales role (preferably selling to HR/L&D/Talent).
- Demonstrated success over-achieving on revenue targets and closing deals.
- Adept at assessing a prospect’s needs to get to the crux of their challenge.
- Skilled at insight-based, consultative selling.
What else do I need to know?
This is a permanent, Fully Remote, full-time position. The base salary will be £60,000-£65,000 plus commission.
