We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager / Client Relationship Manager to join our established Cambridge client, who specialise in the professional development of individuals on an international basis.
You will be responsible for developing and managing executive business relationships, both in the UK and internationally. The Business Development Manager / Client Relationship Manager will have the ability to work with senior business contacts, such as board members, Directors and CEOs, using professional and quality communication skills to engage with these individuals to build and maintain business.
Working in collaboration with internal teams, you will ensure client solutions are delivered on time and reflect their direct need. Team work will be key to ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Business Development Manager / Client Relationship Manager
• Ability to identify new business opportunities as well as maintain existing accounts
• Excellent communication skills with experience of building relationships at C-Suite level
• Experience within education, training, L&D or similar professional services organisation

Salary dependent upon experience. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (increasing with service), pension, healthcare and free parking.
