My client is a well established, multi-award winning Challenger Bank who have consistently invested into the business. They are self funding and consistently profitable and are continuing to grow and innovate. They specialise in SME, Real Estate, Asset Finance and Savings.
The Business Development Manager - Real Estate Finance position will focus on generating business opportunities and broker/ professional relationships within Real Estate Finance with a particular focus on SME businesses, Residential and Commercial Mortgages.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager - Real Estate Finance
- Developing and implementing a sales’ strategy for the Midlands region and target market, as part of the Bank’s overall strategic plan, through the management of key 'client’ and intermediary relationships.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities from new to Bank customers and brokers, ensuring all paperwork is obtained, facts declared and all due diligence is completed in line with Bank requirements, before submitting quality applications to Credit to support new proposals.
- Work closely with both the Sales and Operations Team to effectively onboard and drawdown deals for new to Bank clients, retaining overall responsibility for all conditions for a loan until drawdown has occurred.

Location of the Business Development Manager - Real Estate Finance
This role is a remote role, however there are local offices available and there will be regular meetings with your team. You will need to be based in the Midlands due to the nature of the role.
